The last hurdle I've been stuck on is getting the kickstart file to automate the installation of Open Office-I've deleted the package that contains Libre Office from the kickstart list, and for whatever reason, the developers who will be using these machines have determined that they MUST have Open Office, and NOT libre office. I've been through a manual installation to produce a basic kickstart file to serve as a basis, and I've managed to pare down to the exact package list that I need for my install, and I've managed to get a post-install script working that takes care of just about everything. Obviously, this task is best automated by using a series of kickstart files, as the only thing to change from machine to machine is the root password and the machine name. As part of my job I have to, over the next week or so, upgrade a LARGE number (50+) of identical machines from Fedora Core 5 to Centos 6.3.
